Know what it costs. Know who walks in.
You see a starting price before you order, and a binding quote once the technician has seen the job. What you accept is what you pay at the end, to the riyal. And the person at your door is the one you chose by name, with an identity verified through Nafath.

Who is Sadeeq Al-Bayt for?
For customers
You see the starting price before you order and pick the technician yourself: neighbourhood, distance, rating and price. Nobody starts until you accept the quote.
When does the app launch? For technicians
Work in your own neighbourhood, and set your services, your prices and your hours. Joining is free and happens on your phone.
How to join as a technicianFor companies
Your technicians on their own accounts under your company name, one catalogue and price list, and orders and collections on a single dashboard.
See the company portalHow it works
Three steps for each side, from order to rating.
1 Pick your technicianCompare technicians near you by distance, rating and starting price, then send your order with a description, photos and a time that suits you.2 Approve the price firstThe technician looks at the job and sends a final, binding quote for you to accept or decline. Nothing starts until you accept, and nothing is added afterwards. If extra work appears once they have started, the job stops until you answer: say no and it continues at the agreed scope, say yes and that new total becomes your ceiling.3 Track, confirm, rateFollow the job through to the end. The money does not reach the technician until you confirm the work is done; then you rate them and your receipt stays in the app.
Service categories
The work homes usually need, with new categories added over time.
Electrical HVAC Plumbing Carpentry Painting Cleaning
Available categories differ by city; the app shows what is live where you are.
Why Sadeeq Al-Bayt?
Trust is not a claim. It is built one step at a time.
How we check who the technician is
Nafath is the national single sign-on you already use for government services and your bank. No technician takes an order before verifying their identity through it, so the person at your door is the one you chose in the app. Verification proves identity, which is why rating and reporting stay in your hands after every order.
The total rises only if you say yes
A starting price shown as “from” before you order, then a binding quote after the technician has seen the job, itemised, with VAT shown when the provider is registered for it. If extra work appears once the technician has started, the work stops and you are asked, with the reason and the amount: say no and the job continues at the scope you agreed, with nothing added; say yes and that new total becomes your ceiling. The total never moves without you.
A stated window, and notice before they set off
You know the agreed arrival window, you get a notification before the technician sets off, and you follow them on the way. No substitute technician turns up without your say-so, and cancelling before they arrive costs nothing.
Your money stays yours until you are sure
Pay in the app by mada, Apple Pay or card, or in cash to the technician. What you pay in the app is held by us and does not reach the technician until you confirm the work is done.
Questions you are probably asking
Straight answers, no hedging.
Is my home safe with a technician I do not know?
You order a named technician, not a company that sends whoever is free. No technician takes an order before verifying their identity through Nafath, so the person at your door is the one you chose in the app, with their services and customer ratings in front of you beforehand and live tracking as they travel. Verification proves identity, which is why rating after every order and the in-app report channel stay open to you.
Can the price go up at the end?
No. The starting price is an approximate reference shown as “from”. The final price arrives as a quote once the technician has seen the job, itemised, with VAT shown when the provider is registered for it. Once you accept it, it binds both sides and you pay nothing above the total you accepted. If extra work appears once they have started, nothing is added unless you approve it yourself.
What if the technician finds extra work once they have started?
The work stops and nothing is charged to you. The technician sends you a request to approve it, showing the reason for the extra work, the amount, and what the total would become if you agree. Say no and the job is finished at the scope you agreed, with your original quote unchanged — and the same happens if you do not answer. Say yes and that new total becomes your ceiling and is never exceeded, and you pay the difference the same way: it stays with us until you confirm the work is done. The technician cannot close the order while your answer is outstanding.
What if the technician is late or does not turn up?
You know the arrival window from the start, you get a notification before the technician sets off, and you follow them in the app. Change your mind before they arrive and cancelling costs nothing, and no substitute technician is sent without your say-so. If they are late or never come, report it from the app: we review reports within one business day and may suspend accounts that break the rules.
What if I am not happy with the work?
What you pay in the app is held by us and does not reach the technician until you confirm the work is done. So if it is not what you agreed, do not confirm: raise a dispute in the app before the money is released, and we will review it within one business day and take it up with you and with the technician or their company rather than sending you elsewhere. To be straight with you: this is not a repair warranty after the order closes, but it does mean the decision to release the money stays with you.
When and how do I pay?
Nothing is due when you order. Once the work is done you pay the way that suits you: mada, Apple Pay or a credit card in the app, or cash to the technician. What you pay in the app is held until you confirm the work is done, and the receipt is kept in the app.
