Terms of use

1. Definitions
“Platform” means the Sadeeq Al-Bayt app and website. “Customer” is whoever orders a service. “Technician” is whoever carries out the service after verifying their identity through Nafath, whether independent or working under a company. “Company” is an establishment with an active commercial registration verified through Wathq.
2. Accounts and verification
Accounts are registered with a Saudi mobile number. Technicians and company account managers must verify their identity through Nafath, and a company must make sure the ID number of each technician it invites matches that technician's Nafath ID.
3. Prices and quotes
The indicative price is an approximate, non-binding reference shown as “from”. The quote a technician sends after reviewing the order is binding on both sides once the customer accepts it, and work does not start before acceptance.
4. Payment and collection
The customer pays once the work is completed: in the app by mada, Apple Pay or a credit card, or in cash to the technician. An electronic invoice is issued either way. Money paid in the app is not released to the technician until the customer confirms the work is complete, or until a dispute raised before that confirmation is decided. The platform commission is deducted from the technician's or company's earnings and settlements are transferred periodically.
5. Cancellation policy
A customer may cancel free of charge before the technician arrives. After arrival, a call-out fee may apply and is shown in the app before the cancellation is confirmed. A technician may decline an order before sending a quote.
6. Ratings and reports
Customers may rate the technician after each order. Reports are reviewed within one business day, and the platform may suspend any account that breaches these terms.
