Questions you are probably asking
Can we verify our technicians on their behalf?
No. Each technician verifies their identity from their own phone through Nafath, and the ID number your company enters must match theirs.
How long does approval take?
Within one business day of the account manager completing verification. You receive an email and an SMS on approval.
Are there registration or subscription fees?
No. Registration and the portal are free; the platform commission is deducted from completed orders only and is itemised on the collections and settlements page.
Can we add more users to the portal?
Yes. The account owner can invite managers and read-only users from the settings page.
