Can I join from the website?
Joining happens in the app, because Nafath and national-address verification need your phone. Register your interest now and we will send you the joining steps when the app lands.
Do I work independently or under a company?
Either. Work as an independent technician, or accept an invitation from a registered company and work under it with your own account and your own rating.
What if the job turns out to be bigger than the request looked?
That is what the inspection before the quote is for: look at the work first, then send your price. Once the customer accepts, the quote binds you. If extra work appears after you have started, raise an approval request in the app with the reason and the amount: the job pauses until the customer answers, and if they agree the amount is added to the order total. If they decline or do not answer, you finish at the original scope. No side deals, and no asking for cash at the door.
How is the platform commission calculated?
A percentage of each completed order, shown clearly before you accept the order. There is no monthly subscription.
When do I get paid?
Earnings from completed orders are collected and transferred to your account periodically, with every settlement itemised in the app.
